Lucy Caffin
Organisational Development Consultant and Principal Investigator
Meet Lucy Caffin, our Organisational Development Specialist. With a strong background of 15 years in leadership, Human Resources and project management as well as qualifications in both, Lucy brings a passion and dedication for driving positive change and helping organisations thrive.
Lucy’s expertise in employee engagement, culture transformation and implementing strategic change solutions enables her to design tailored programs that enhance performance.
Lucyʼs collaborative approach and innovative strategies make her an invaluable partner in organisational change and development.
Lucy is also an advocate for safe, diverse and equitable workplaces, and as part of this commitment, is a qualified Investigator (Cert IV in Government Investigations) and assists organisations to resolve serious issues fairly and equitably in compliance with legal requirements.
Lucy is a professional Member with the Australian Human Resources Institute and has a broad social science background with a Bachelor of Arts with First Class Research Honours in political science.

Helena Bernard
Workplace Relations Consultant & Principal Investigator
Meet Helena Bernard, our Workplace Relations Consultant. Helena is a highly skilled professional with a career spanning over thirty years in leadership and human resources positions in the public sector and in private consulting.
Helena has extensive experience in human resource management, industrial relations, employment law, organisational review, development and planning. Helena also has extensive experience leading complex investigations.
Helena is committed to providing expert guidance and support to our clients, ensuring fair and compliant workplace practices.
Helenaʼs dedication to fostering positive employee relations and minimising risk makes her an invaluable asset to our team.
With a background in Human Resources, a Masters in Law and a Bachelor of Social Science, Helena is also a Member of the public panel of Assessors to the QLD Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) under the provisions of the Health Ombudsman Act (2013)

Jamie Mushin

With an extensive background spanning 20 years in business, leadership and communication, Jamie
has worked with organisations and individuals to improve performance, effectiveness and outcomes in the areas of leadership, influencing, emotional
intelligence and communication.
As a long-time coach, consultant and published author, Jamie knows how to empower people and teams to reach their full potential. Since 2005, Jamie has trained and coached at all levels and his passion for helping people has only grown stronger.
As a former accountant, Jamie has a keen business mind. His approach to leadership comes from an innate understanding of the powerful impact leadership has on achieving organisational goals.
Jamie has a Graduate Diploma of Counselling in Sports and Performance Psychology, a Bachelor of Economics and is an Accredited facilitator of the Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI) 360 Degree Feedback Tool.
